I will keep you in mine as well. it does suck big times. I just wish i didnt have to go through this at all. Some times i have regrets but I have to remember nothing good comes with work and suffering. So I hope you feel better soon. I hope I am not going through this at 2 months out. I have lost 38 in total but 28 since surgery. I hope we both get this under control sooner than later as well.

Well i am a month out right now and have been trying to get this reflux under control forever it feels like. But slow and steady wins the race. i know it will get better with time. I have to have faith that it will.

I would call your surgeon or speak to a nurse. At 8 weeks out I would think you shouldn't have any pain anymore. Are you on a daily antacid? If not, the rumbling and hurting could be from heartburn. Even on a daily dose antacid, I still get the burning and rumbling in my stomach in the evening. Well i have the same issue but it is my reflux. I have sever reflux that causes me discomfort all day long. I am on a strong antacid that helps for part of the day but by like 2pm my stomach is going crazy again. maybe you need to talk to your surgeon or nurse so they can give you something for the pain and discomfort.

Yeah I take omiprezal once a day but it was not working. I called my nurse and she told me to try pepcid and zantac. By them self it didn't work but I put them together just a lil but ago and I feel so much better. Thank you.

Well I only know I was dehydrated by my horrendous headache that went to the neck of my neck and would not go away no matter what I took. I called my surgeon and his nurse told me that could be my problem to increase my fluids. I had to go to emergency cause it never got better. Had to have iv fluids. I am doing so much better thank god. Just dealing with horrible reflux.

No bread. I had mine the same day. I love pureed black bean soup. And mashed banana with protein powder. If you want peanut butter you can get PB2. My nutritionist said that is the best option.

I was put on purees before I left the hospital but I was there for 2 days instead of 1. But I love pureed black bean soup, and puree banana with some protein powder mixed in. That is what I had got breakfast and I loved it the soup I had for lunch and it was great.

Wow 35lbs that is awesome congrats. I hope to have your progress when I reach my 24th day out. I have to remind myself to eat. I have just started feeling hungry but am not sure if it is in my head either. I am just taking it day by day. I have been so tired and weak. What can I do to get some energy?

Hey all my sleeve was done on March 28th. I will be a week out tomorrow. It has been a rough week so far. Had to go to the ER for dehydration Monday and suffering horrible reflux since I left the hospital. Does anyone know how long it takes for the dermabond to fall off my incisions?

Hey all. I had my sleeve on March 28th. So tomorrow will mAke a week for me. It has been a rough week. My main issue is getting my fluids in. I had to go to emergency on Monday due to dehydration. So I am just trying to stay ontop of it now. I also have horrible reflux when I eat or drink anything. I am taking omeprazole but it doesn't seem to be helping. Also I have dermabond over my incisions anyone know how long will it take for it to fall off?
