Hi guys! I'm now sleeved!!! Woke up after surgery with some nausea and then they gave me something for that which made me drowsy so I had a great sleep. I had a shower this morning with the support of my lovely mother and I have been walking heaps I think I've done about ten laps lolll I have the IV in still for lunch I had 30 ml of Soup and then later some orange juice I'm sore in the biggest incision which looks like a crator lol but the give me nexium and Panafon rapid and endobe and some voltaren now I'm trying to drink some apple juice lol in aiming for 30ml hahahah oh and I had 30ml of soup for dinner sooo that's what day one looks like for me it's really not so bad

I replied to an old thread but just checking to see if there's any Melbourne sleevers due in May? I'm going through lap surgery Australia and so far Chris Hensman And his team have all been pretty amazing I'll b sleeved on 1st of May at the valley private

Sorry i have been AWOL for a a while! i just cant believe how fast time has gone!!!! 2mrw will be 2months since being sleeved!!!!! so far im about 30 kg down so im pretty happy double digits are so close i can taste it (but just a small taste cause then i get full)
I've been reading everyones stories and you guys are doing so well!
Chezzy Baby you can really see the difference in your face how are you feeling?
Leanne i didnt have a drain either so i was very happy i was sleeved by Hensman
Oh and that hairloss omg its comming out in like chunks mannnn you can see my scalp its aweful ill try that hair skin and nails and i read nioxin is supposed to be good?
i like having short hair anyway so i might be due for a chop chop lol!
how did everyone go on the weekend?
So i have been a bit cheeky....Ive tasted a mouthful of sweets so kill me right hahaha and it was sooo sweet but anyway no dramas there im following the 80 -20 rule eat healthy 80% i think well i eat healthy 95% so careful with what goes in
have you guys seen the egg whites mxture you can buy? i live off that hahaahah oh and chicken im gonna lay an egg one of these days!
Also its Ramadan which means fasting time for Bee!!!! very tough working in call center and fasting...... but oh well....gotta do it!
Anyways hope you guys are all doing well
cant wait to catch up with you all soon!!!

Anyone heard about the reason for hair loss after getting the sleeve??
I am just starting to get a little stressed as I am losing so much hair....I have always had a lot of hair and have always lost a lot too but the amount I am losing is getting more and more and it's starting to freak me out.
Any ideas on what I could take or what I am lacking in that may be making this happen??

@ Leanne hahaha i know what you mean about the drinks its great to be a cheap shout though my new addiction is the vodka black ice raspberry flavour omg one of them and im TANKED lol so naughty but i think it reflects in the scales on weigh in day when i weigh in....the weight loss not so much.... but hey what can you do
Nerms is right weighing everyday not a good idea i only weigh on a wednesday why i dont know lol and i cheat i take a little laxative on like a sunday or monday night to help clear me out otherwise a number 2 doesnt happen i think a week of no go needs some help lol i think i might need to try some psyleum husk or something hahahaa
i now weigh 111.2 i was pretty excited omg double digits are not far!!!!!

Nerms its so exciting babe....Finally to see the scales moving in the right direction is awesome. Oh and after the surgery it took me a while to lay down in bed too just from the internal stictching its a bit difficult and Leanne is right dont be shy on those pain killers they make the world of difference

So I 've had a non scale victory (NSV) we had a wedding to go to sat night and i got dressed and everything did my hair painted my face and my husbands friend was hitching a ride with us and he was like Bee! wow!!!! and then he slapped my husband and said "watch out bro your wifes getting hot" i was like "i rolled out of bed like this" lollll and people at work are like woow you just shrink everyday so its nice...Love the sleeve BEST DECISION EVER!
oh and as of last wednesday i am now 113.2!!!!!!!!!! (and its time of month urgh AGAIN) i stepped on the scale like 5 times! i cant believe double digits is close i can taste it!!!!!!

How was ur long weekend?
Chez ur doing so good babe! Keep up the great work! Walking is great I found it helped with the gas pains. I'm about 6 weeks out I think? Anyway today that mine site is killing me! I'm in so much pain like I just got sleeved dunno why lol so was thinking of going to the gym this week but now I'm not so sure...
So Leanne! Look at u girl! Ur doing a great job! 4months out? Good on u! Wow I didn't know that u couldn't join the gym just yet...I wonder what I should do now.... I kinda regret selling my treadmill now lol! Oh well maybe I could just swim? My arms are starting to get jiggly now hahaha Leanne how r u with loose skin babe?

CHEZ!!!!!! I'm so excited for you! how are you feeling bubby? I never had a drainage tube (remember my freak out on that one leanne lol) so im glad your off the drainage tube Chez and off the oxygen! thats great! Leanne is right go easy on yourself your still recovering I'm still recovering and its been over a month....It is major surgery but its soo good you'll start seeing results really soon and be happy as larry Remember we are here for you
Leanne I didnt get to go lap surgery had to cancelled my appoitment and couldnt get back to see the nurse until JULY! lol oh well doesnt matter...I weigh myself at home on a particular tile in my kitchen usuall take everything off..My weigh in days are on a Wednesday now only once a week for me and im now down to 115.9 so thats exciting i hit my first magic number now i want to be 110 by the time my mum gets back from turkey on the 22nd of this month and hopefull out of triple digits by August/September
I planned a little suprise for hubby to go to the RACV resort in torquay i booked us massages for the saturday and he has NO IDEA he'll finish night shift on the friday and come home 6 am and then he's gonna see a suitcase and then im kidnapping him for a weekend on August 29 and i would LOVE to be like 99.9 by then......its only 16 ish kilos doable?im joing the gym next week gotta get rid of the bingo wings lol
