I go for my g sleeve January 27, i'm having a lot of questions pop up in my head. thanks for the posts to help answer those questions

Ok I have jumped through the hoops, and seen the surgeon ,dietician, psych had the upper g.i and have almost lost the weight to be cleared for surgery. I have been reading the posts on gastric sleeve and some are kind of scary, Is there a lot of stomach pain? what is the best Protein Shake? where can I find out more about the type of foods we can have post op surgery? any and all help is greatly appreciated. I am one who doen not like to reach out but I need help.......
