Went for a 13 mile bike ride today with my step daughter. I felt amazing afterwards! I'm lovin' it! 4 weeks post op and down 45 pounds!

Today marks 1 week post op and I have lost 20 pounds! It seem so surreal! From March 8, 2014 where I was my absolute heaviest, to the 1200 calorie diet and then the liquid diet, surgery and post op, total weight loss is 35 pounds! AMAZING!!!!
