Anybody have any other OTC suggestions that aren't NSAIDs?

Is Ibuprofen a no no forever or just after surgery? I have a killer headache and Tylenol isn't touching it. I wanted to try something else but was afraid.

Miss eating my meal while it's hot! Between the slow pace and the good chewing by the time I am half done with my dinner it's cold. I know I know stop bitching and keep chewing . Just needed a moment

I have a very unsupportive friend that told me if I eat something that's too big it can break the band. Can this really happen?

Wow u are doing way better than me. I did take a walk to the end of the block and back and sat outside in the sun. I am overly emotional and it's uncomfortable to take a deep breathe. Do u think that's ok? I am feeling crazy and worried today!

Hi! I am 3 days out from surgery. Yesterday was bad....I did a lot of crying and had a lot of buyers remorse. Today was better, a hot shower and a short walk down the street made the difference. I am craving food that I know I can't have like bread and sweets. Sticking with the Protein Shakes and Soup. How is everyone else doing?

My arms felt itchy at first now they just feel tight. Not enough Water? Too much water? I put lotion on and that didn't help, they also feel warm to the touch.

Am having the band put on Thursday 3/27 and I am so scared! What if I die and leave my 2 young boys without a mother because of a surgery I "chose" to have? I asked the surgeon and he promised me that nobody has died under his care from the band. But u can't get past this! I ate all day yesterday out of nerves and fear. It was the only thing that calmed me down. Hence the situation I am in. Thanks for listening
