Wow..Haven't updated my status since May 12th...Here we are a month later and my surgery is 19 days away...I am so ready for this much needed tool to guide me to a healthier life!

Lost another lb this week, it's better than gaining I suppose? Was hoping for more, but its a loss thats all that matters!

Had a great weekend at cape cod with my hubbyman, very relaxing and rejuvenating. I took 2 long walks both saturday and sunday, it felt good, but now my knee is killing me, but im not letting it stop me. I am going to keep going!!!

Feeling good today, had my staples out only to have my incision bust open? Now I have to just keep it covered but other than that I have been released to start adding activity and mushy food. Yeah Me!!!
