Very informative group I was reading you can get a pass card from the given to go on and out of mexico for $55 instead of the passport book http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/english/passports/information/card.html -

Also I read on there an easy way to get ur protein after surgery its only 30 ml at a time called Proteinex 18. Everyone seems to favor the lemon lime flavor you can order it at Nashua nutrition -
