Thanks Pepper, I have to knock down the carbs quite a bit to have a slice of pizza. My smoothie will probably be mostly ice with a little mocha mint flavor. Gotta be creative!!

my surgery is in 6 days also! i didnt have to do a pre-op diet but ive been trying one out anyway, trying to move the scale before surgery lol

I had to lose some weight on my own before being cleared by dietary. This diet is to shrink my liver before surgery. I've noticed that the diets vary by surgeon and hospital. I've seen some that are stricter than what I'm doing. I would imagine that it varies by patient also.
