Hey everyone first day home from the hospital. Overall I feel good but I'm having a hard time getting my Protein in Its taken me several hrs. to drink one Protein Drink then I feel bloated and nauseous for along time afterwards. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help.

You will be fine I got home from the hospital today. I was also nervous before. My only advice is stay on tract,and force yourself to get up and start walking believe me you'll thank yourself later you will boost your healing process. All I can say is keep up the good job a lot of us here has had some or all of the same problems. Try and move as much as possible it hurts like hell but it also helps blood flow which helps healing. God Bless!

Had surgery on April 3 went a lot better then I expected. Get out of bed and walk the halls . Trust me it will hurt like hell but it jump starts the healing and helps with tha pain.my surgeon was surprised on my recovery . I'm not bragging. I just wanted to pass on something that helped me. The journey has begun!

Bodyfortress whey Protein isolate is 98% lactose free it is the only one I can tolerate. I'm also lactose intolerant so when I found this it made life better I can get enough protein. Also are you taking b-12? You may be low.

I am having surgery next week and I'm a little concerned since I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and can hardly walk at times. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?

It's not as bad as you would think especially after the first couple days.I have been on the liquids for 7 days & I have 9 to go. The Protein keeps you feeling full just make sure you don't drink Water during or 1/2 hr after it helps

Has anyone during the liquid diet experience a short temper? I haven't felt hungry everything else seems fine.

I'm not going to lie it's tuff mostly because of favorite smells. Not hungry it's head hunger just be strong and focus on the prize. Start setting small goals now it'll help later

I have a Protein Shake, then after around 30 minutes I'll. Have a plain low fat yogurt. You'll be surprised the Protein shake will keep. You feeling full.it's helped with the transition to all liquids

April 3 counting down the days

My date is April 3 I started substituted one liquid meal a day then did 2a day before. My official liquid date it has helped
