  6. Good Morning , Well I just had to share It's been 3 1/2 months since my surgery and I'm down about 60 pds. I have gone from a 22 to 14 and I'm living life now. I feel amazing this is the best thing I have ever done. Only wish I had done it sooner. Just wanted to share . If you thinking of doing it just do it . It will be the best thing you ever do for yourself. The first picture is a year ago and the second was last night. Maria ????
  7. Hi Chris- congrats on your decision to have the surgery ! It will change your life. I had the surgery on Dec 9th and I have lost about 60 pds and I'm down 3 pant sizes. I feel amazing and you well too. Just remember to follow everything they tell you . Good luck and keep is posted.

  9. Absolutely NOT! It was the best thing I ever did! Friday is the first day of the rest of your life. I had my surgery on Dec and I'm down over 50 pds and 3 pant sizes . I feel the best I have felt in years . It's amazing to me how much energy I have. The first 3 weeks are the hardest and then it gets easy every day after that. Good luck and just be positive. Keep us posted .

  11. I had my surgery in Dec and for 5 days it was clear liquids and then for 2 weeks -protein shakes 3 times a day which totaled 300 calories. Good luck to you ! It is the first day of the rest of your life. It's been 3 months over 50 pounds and down 3 pant sizes. I feel the best I have felt in years. It's amazing how much energy I have.
