SleeverSue- Thank you so much! I just felt like I had to share and tell my story . I know what everyone is going thru I cried all day on day 5. It was my worst day but then it got better everyday after. It was the best thing I ever did !

Ladies first off congratulations on the best decision of your life. I have to say to everyone the first 5 days are the hardest and everyday after that it gets a little better . It took me 6 weeks to starting feeling like myself again and with a little energy . Also I stopped taking those awful pain meds on day 4. They made me feel like I couldn't think straight and after I stopped taking them it took a week for them to get out of my system and I was sick to my stomach and nausea everyday . That being said I'm 5 months out and down 77.5 pounds and went from a size 22/24 to a 12/14 and I couldn't be happier . My life is so much better and yours will be too. Just take it easy and one day at time .

Congrats ! We look amazing my god how tall are you? Lol . You are I have the same surgery date -it was the best day of my life- HW- 278 SW 265 CW 202- as of today! 76 pounds in total gone and it feels amazing! We should all take a bow for our hard work
