Finally hit 60 lbs lost yesterday. Stalled for almost two weeks! I took a day and really pushed protein and water. Added a couple more dog walks and boom, pushed through the plateau! Whew! Thank god.... I was getting worried!

Loss has been really slow. I am at 70lbs lost now. That's me on the left. Although the scale is moving at snail's pace, feeling like my body feel smaller. I am five and a half month out. No restrictions on food and now need to get a routine for working out. It's not routine yet, kind of sporadic. It's a process! But ultimately so glad I did this and feeling amazing

I don't think 70lbs in 5.5 months is slow at all!!! That's like 3 lbs a week!!!

I am 5'9". HW 195, SW 255, CW 244. I love to see how you are changing. My surgery date was May 7, 2014. I hope I am as successful as you have been. If I could just get motivated to exercise more.

Exercise has been hard or me to incorporate too. Need to get moving on a regular basis! I'm an active person in general, but not formal exercise routine yet.
