So I saw my NUT today and I asked her about your diet and she said that seems more like maintenance than weight loss

Wow!! That doesn't seem right. Mine is less than 20g of fat and less 40g carbs and at least 60 g of protein and calories between 600-800. I'm 4 months out and I have lost 65 pds. You really need to look into this ASAP!

Thank you all so much! Yes I feel so much better and my knees don't hurt like they used to. I have been walking and going to the gym and have some energy. Congratulations on your surgery and good luck and just take it one day at a tine????
