So my face looks very thin.....and I have a small waist in proportion..... my hips and thights refuse to budge... LOL

six and a half weeks post op.... Now the nausea returns once again... ugh...

are you watching your carb intake and fat intake....... You might need to be strict with a no carb diet for a few days to get on track again. Watch for hidden fat in food as well... Fat makes us fat and will stop weight loss alwasys.

i chose my name here iambeautiful not because I'm vain but because of the low self image i had when overweight (I still am becasue i just started my journey) I have to keep telling myself this so one day I'll believe it even when i am thin.... iambeeautiful and everyone here is too...
