I am 5'8 and weigh 180. I asked my surgeon at my last visit what my goal should be and he said healthy. As long as my blood sugar and high blood pressure are under control I can stop whenever I want to. The nutritionist and I decided on 160. I am 7 months out and have lost 92lbs.

I am just 3 days out and I have a symphony going on in there. Lots of gas too. Glad to know I am not alone.

I was sleeved on Wednesday, March 19th and have been miserable since coming home. I am on full liquids, so I tried 2 oz of injury protien shake. Horrible grumbling started about 1/2 hour later then I was in the bathroom. Called the advisory nurse and they said it will take your body a while to adjust. Today I didn't take in any protien shakes or dairy and made surei took a clathrate before I ate anything and have been ok. I will try protien again tomorrow.

I was stuck at six months out also. My nutritionist suggested switching up what I ate each day. It worked. She says the body gets used to eating the same things and exercising the same way. So vary it and your body will start to respond.
