      I'm worried that I'm eating the wrong thing so I'm trying to find out what other people are eating who are having success. Maybe you can just give me one day. Also was your break through a large weight loss or a small one?

    It's amazing how my emotions are all over the place...yesterday I was pretty positive and now I'm getting anxious again...I know I can do this but I'm a bit overwhelmed at all the lifestyle changes ahead..gotta keep my eyes on the prize!

      I agree, this has been quite a roller coaster experience on the emotions. And I am just to the point of getting insurance approval. Now to see when I get an appointment with the surgeon and a surgery date. One day at a time...phew!

      I think that's completely normal. I went through it for weeks until last week when I hit the one week pre op. I had to have a little talk with myself because I was stressing myself out so bad. This week has been great except running around making sure everything is taken care of. :) we are going to do great. :)

    Was informed today that my surgery will take place at 1:30pm on April 14th! I can't wait...I am so ready!

      I believe I have to do a 1 week liquid diet...I will attend a pre op class on Wednesday. The surgery doesn't make me anxious, it's my life after surgery that I am thinking about...all the changes. Not using food to comfort me anymore will be tough...but I know this is the right thing for me too.
