  1. Yes go under forums then general weight loss. You'll see a guy's room Let's hope this posts correctly http://www.bariatricpal.com/topic/232336-post-op-penis-size/
  2. I think I did one at 3 weeks and puked it right up. Too dense. Wait a month. I will tell you cocktail shrimp at mo th 2 became a staple of my snacks. I would buy a half a pound sunday and it would last me days.
  3. I found shrimp to be very dense at first.
  4. I still go out I just order less and take the rest home.
  5. I would give serious thought to an appeal. Send in medical records for last couple years especially if you can show it was a momentary lapse
  6. And here you thought Botox was for wrinkles. Glad to hear you're doing better !!
  7. It's a net gain but some employers have additional stipulations tacked on. I hate aetna. You can actually lose no weight and get approved but gain a pound and you're done.
  8. I've read multiple posts in the past. Check the guys room. Where they had stated they had.
  9. You've not read enough that tells you this is a tool not a cure
  10. Your surgeon may suggest a plan. Or take a loan from a 401k
  11. I didn't however many others posts I've read have. It's usually temporary. And in the beginning. I think you're doing the right thing seeing your therapist. This isn't a cure it's a long process and we each have to deal with it in our own way. I wish you the best. I have utmost faith you will look back 6 months from now and say it was the best decision.
  12. You should pick up the phone and call them directly. Get it from the horses mouth based on your specific plan Uhc sells thousands of policies and since most of them are employer funded the employers can make whatever rule they want. Real answers come from the single fountain. Not a forum. Get on the. Phone and then get a name of who you talked to
  13. Go to horizon's website and register. You will then be able to get a list of docs near you.
  14. Op I hope all is well. I think you've had your surgery.
  15. I fell in love with Uniqlo. Had never set foot in there and it's an awesome store. Really great stuff and reasonable! I have several casual items from there and next getting some dresses for work.
  16. There are many options. That menu is monstrous. You could likely find something and they will customize for you. I tend to stick to small plates and appetizers
  17. Did you buy plain? I do the 2% far version plain I do a couple things Add honey and eat it straight Use it in cold oatmeal prep 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup yogurt Blueberries Blackberries 1/4 milk Chia seeds Let soak overnight. I like mine thick so that's why only 1/4 milk but play with it. If it's not sweet enough you can add in some honey maybe a small teaspoon or dried raisins
  18. Ok tmi time. Have you been #2? Is that darker than usual as well? I read the earlier part of post and someone asked about your swallow test - you said you failed - what do you mean you failed? They couldn't see it go through but you did go home so we're you able to retake it?
  19. Start gettingn your paperwork together. And then call your human resource person and get them on board with what you need. Next time remember you don't need an ignorant managers permission for a health event nor do you need to share information with ignorance. She probably doesn't know the FMLA laws either and if she tries to tell you you won't have a job.... Call HR immediately!
  20. I don't think you have anything else wrong lots of people have issues in the beginning with holding things down and it just takes time. Everyone is different on this journey. Focus on getting your water in and staying hydrated until your stomach settles
  21. You need to sleep a little propped up. Extra pillows that may help the acid stay down. Are you on a ppi? Omeprazole for instance? That may help Just stick to liquids until your stomach is better. Don't force yourself to eat food I didn't have any protein shakes about a week after my surgery. I couldn't tolerate the taste of them. Made me extremely nauseous. I had water and added DASANI drops or crystal light. I also can't do syraight water unless I am extremely thirsty and chug it. And since I can't do that! Also get yourself some Gatorade or g2. You're losing electrolytes and going to become dehydrated. Make yourself some good chicken soup and puree it that will give you nutrients while keeping it liquid I have found cream of wheat and oatmeal to be dense and your stomach needs to work to process it. So I didn't do those until about a month out
  22. Milk chocolate with sea salt and caramel And everyone who says I am wrong Well in typical New Jersey fashion Go fuck yourself
  23. Everyone or close to it. It's just head hunger you must stay the course follow surgeons directions. Don't chew food and spit it out either that's just going to make it worse.
  24. 7 mos out my intestines starting to make the noises. Quite loud too not sure if gas x willhelp??
  25. Welcome mindless I'm in Rutherford right next door and sleeved 6/24
