Thanks for replying Arlene. My doc looks at mine under fluoro and says my restriction is very good, but some days I can eat huge meals and snack all day. I'm never, ever hungry. I just eat when I'm stressed and sad and happy...
So you are at a plateau, huh? Those are frustrating, but you aren't gaining. That's something to be proud of!

I like Muscle Milk but just started using Premier Protein and both of them can be found at Wal-Mart. I also like nectar.

I went for my first fill a week ago. No restriction yet but I'm still loving my band!!

Just had my post-op appointment and I have lost 25 pounds total.

Well today is the day! Yay for me.
Can't wait for this day to be over.

It has been 1 week since surgery and I feel pretty good. Yay! I go back to work Tuesday. I'm looking forward to my first fill!! Glad to hear everyone is doing good!

I'm excited and nervous! But I have to get banded for my health and to be around to see my grandchildren grow up!!!

Betty, congrats on your being banded. I too was nervous about the surgery not the lap-band part. Everything will be ok.

Good luck on your surgery. Just take it one day at a time and listen to your doctor!!
