    Oh yes and my boyfriend set his new PR for his marathon time! I'm so proud :-) 2:57:27 :-) he was introducing me to some people and one guys said "damn!! See the fast guys get the hot chicks!!" It made me giggle. And my boyfriend smiled and said, yep!

    I went back to the hotel I stated at last year just to get a picture in front of the painting I really liked last year. Wow!! So crazy how much my life has changed!!

    I am flying out of town (San Diego to Boston) for the first time since surgery, I am nervous but equipped with quest bars and turkey jerkey. I am excited to fit in the seats better now!! We will be gone for 5days and my boyfriend is running the Boston marathon so I will be out on my own for most the day Monday. I am just praying I am able to keep my protein and energy up.

    @@amylynns Yes when I am PMSing I hit about 1000 calories, but I was feeling super guilty and like I was out of control and going ruin everything (yes I am emotional) I for the most part only eat stuff that has Protein in it. but on special occasions and before going postal I have had a Fiber one brownie. they were banned from the house a while back but I am doing much better with them, and only allow them if I have had my full meals and reached at least 100g of protein.

    I am struggling with eating things that are not on my "plan for the day" so here is my plan for today and am praying I can stick to it....although today might be much more easy because I will not get home tonight until after 8:30pm :-) Breakfast (6:50) I have one of my premier Protein Hot peppermint mocha- 168 calories, 30g protein lunch (11:30) I had "fried rice" made with shrimp and chicken, with cauliflower instead of rice 1 cup- 167 calories, 19g of protein. sometimes I need something around 2:30p) if I go for my 2 mile walk (string cheese- 50 calories, 7g protein) Snack (around 4:00) another peppermint mocha dinner (7:00) I will be in a meeting 5:00-8:00 so It will need to be in my purse. I am planning a Quest bar 190 calories, 21g protein. IF I follow this I will be at 746 calories and 108g of protein. this should be more than enough for me but PMS has my brain thinking I am starving all day! But I know my body does not need it!! so far I am good but it is only noon and I usually start cravings around 1:30. I am hopeful that putting it out there will help me.

    Tuesday's are my weight in days, and I was soooo praying that I would have lost my last .5 pounds to hit my 100 pound lost mark. But I didn't ???? it ruined my day and PMS had me on a pitty party train. I was sooo frustrated at my bad decisions and could not see the path that is behind me. So I went to bed at 7;30pm so I wouldn't eat and self sabotage. I woke up to a huge amazing weigh in!! I am so happy and feel so silly for being so emotional yesterday.

    Carbs are so hard for me to say no to, so I don't have any at my house. And I have done very very good!! Until now, today was easter; hummus with Nann bread, and rosemary olive oil bread for turkey sandwiches..... I still got all my protein in but I am positive I won't be loosing the half a pound I wanted to loose this week. And if I do it will be a miracle.

    I am still in shock and can't believe it, I went shopping at Macy's, they have some awesome clearance racks going on right now. But I tried on some pants and shirts. I wasn't really looking at tags I just held stuff up and got what looked like it would fit...... SIZE 4 and 1 size ZERO!! All my tops were a small or Extra Small!!! I know people keep calling me tiny but I just figured that it was all relative..........holy crap!! Also I am .7 lbs from the hundred pounds lost and 13.7 pounds from goal!! only 5.5 months post op!!! wow just wow

I know my period is also making me much more sensitive but damn it has been bothering me all day. sign.... but his shit head move has worked, I have not snacked all day, I will still have my second Protein shake at 3:30 but I am doing good today. I refuse to let him be right and me gain weight back.

    VENTING: I went to my support group last night to find out it was just my surgeon there for questions. I know this is bad, but I don't like him and I don't like his answers to many questions. Most are good, but his "philosophy" for nutrition is just stupid. He is very ridged. 50-70g of Protein in the morning for Breakfast, lunch, Dinner. more water than you can imagine, and no matter what your drinking for fluids it is not enough. NO SNAKS AT ALL!! If I had known I would have skipped and spent time with my company I had over last night and been able to have the dinner I prepared for everyone else. I have heard his speech too many times, it just annoyed me. I felt let to just mention that it does not work for everyone, and if I do that I get sick, I need protein at around 3-4pm so I can make it to 7pm dinner. He just said "well when you gain weight, come see me" I wanted to just leave. The biggest thing for me and I tell people is we are all different, and our needs and journey will be different. He just annoys me that he lumps us all in one box and says "this works" "you can do it, you fail" I know I need to control my snacking, yes. But I refuse to feel guilty for splitting my shakes up and having my "snack protein shake".........but some how he has made me to feel guilty and shamed.....and that pisses me off.

    @@Becoming Bariatrical - it is not easy and I battle everyday!! I still log everything that I eat but this weekend I didn't stress as much about it. I had PMS pretty bad and it was just making it very hard to deal with myself and I was beating myself up over every decision and stressing. So I still made good choices because I didn't want to be sick but I stressed less and let myself have a little wiggle room. I will not be eating like crazy every weekend but I also need to know I don't have the structure of a week day on the weekend, and that is okay. I am still learning to deal with the head hunger, I am an emotional eater so trying to not turn to food when I am emotional is hard. When I am going to eat something that is not on the days plan I have to stop and ask my self, why am I eating this, am I actually hungry, what are my emotions, and is this food going to feed me or harm me. they are hard questions to ask.

    This weekend I deiced to give myself a weekend of not stressing over every calorie that went in to me, I was still in my calorie range and met my Protein goals...and lost half a pound! yay! I am thinking I might need to give my self a little slack during the weekends so I start my weeks more relaxed. No I am not going to have cake and ice cream every weekend LOL but I had a few bites of pancake (after my eggs) and I was stoked over it. I know it is a balance that I am still learning.

    I am 3.6 pounds from being a "healthy weight on the BMI chart!!! oh I am so excited!!! Also am 3.8 pounds from the big 100 lbs lost mark!! enough celebrations, I also have still been getting dizzy, I have upped my Fluid intake, my Protein intake is perfect, I get veggies, and take all my Vitamins. I take the Bariatric Advantage multi and calcium. My only idea is Iron, but the multi has extra iron I thought...... I am out of ideas, any one have more ideas?

    Yeah mine look like very small balloons that get deflated after being blown up for a month....my bra is so padded it is not even funny!! I really want to wait until after I have children to get implants but......man these bras are expensive too!!! I even have a padded sports bra so I don't feel like a little boy. . :-(
