    So I finally am on a real computer to post my meal plan it is pretty similar everyday so I guess you are not missing much B- Premier Protein shake, mixed with: -1Tbs calorie free/sugar free chocolate syrup -decaf instant VIA from starbucks -1Tbs sugar free French vanilla coffee Creamer - less than 1/4 tsp peppermint extract L- 2/3 Cup Spaghetti Squash with ground turkey and classico sauce S- Premier Protein Shake, mixed with: -1Tbs calorie free/sugar free chocolate syrup -decaf instant VIA from starbucks -1Tbs sugar free French vanilla Coffee Creamer D- more Spaghetti squash because I don't feel like cooking I might have a sugar free popsicle for dessert. 12 Weeks Post Op

  4. I am 12 weeks out this week, I feel amazing and can not belive I am 77 pounds lighter. I just now posted before and after pictures on here and I can stop looking at them!! wow

      Thanks Pink, this has been a very interesting and difficult at times journey, but I wouldn't change doing this for anything, and I still have a little way to go, but I am just going to keep plugging along like I have been, and then maintain!! Your doing great, keep up the good work!!!

    I drink 2 premiere Protein shakes a day, everyday and 2 meals. My doctor says NO SNACKING every damn appt. I have recently made the chocolate one hot into a hot peppermint mocha!! It ends up being 186 calories and 30 g of protein.

    I didn't even think to take pictures of my back!!! I had not really even looked at it. So of course I just closed to office door and looked.......girl!!! Mines gone too!!! ????????????I am so excited.

    I was at 250 when I started my program at Kaiser, I lost %10 (25lbs) during the 6 month program. Then 41lbs since surgery for a total 66lbs!!

    I am now 8 weeks out. I know each Kaiser is different as far as how long the process is. All I am say is no matter what take each ounce of education as gold!! I was resentful about having to take a 6month class but it was sooo important post op.

    I am 7 weeks out and have not tried any meat other than fish, and I just now started trying a few steamed veggies. Is any one else still at this phase 7 weeks out?

    I should correct my post, I loved it before surgery. I have not tried it yet. I am only 6 weeks out and don't know when I can try again.

    I am six weeks out today. I was warned to not chew gum, but I drink lots of decaf peppermint tea that help BIG time. It also helps with my fluid intake.

    I have 2 Premier Protein shakes a day so 60g min of protein. Then what ever little protein I can get from soft foods, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, beans, shrimp, or fish. But yes I am told the more protein you can get the better. There are sooooo many different kinds you have to keep trying until you find something that agrees with you. the protein supplement and fluids are crucial to your weight loss and health.

    I bake it and then use a fork and scrap it out, it comes out like little noodles. I love it and my boyfriend has fallen in love with it.

    I can have 1/4-1/2 cup depending on how soft the food is. I'm 6 weeks out but still have not had any meats.

    I am 4 weeks and 6 days hahaha. I am terrified to eat to much or things I shouldn't. So right now I am around 500 calories a day. and eat almost all Proteins if I have any bread it is 1/4 of a sandwich thin and I have only done that twice. have you tried any meats?? I have only had tofu, shrimp and fish.

    I got locked out of my account (something was wrong with my computer because with all the same username and password its fine now. But it was killing me to see the emails with updates from all of you and I could not join the conversations. Any ways I hit a huge goal............I'M UNDER 200!! ONE-DERLAND!!
