I had my surgery on April 7 and just had my 3 week post op appt and im down 24 lbs since surgery and 46 lbs total since the pre op diet! Feeling great I start on solid foods next monday and im worried as I feel like im comfortable and just really mastered this whole liquid diet....affraid that I will start craving bad foods with opening up solids. .? Any recommendations? ?

Make sure your getting enough water...that will slow it down a lot

Two days away. Im so excited! !! liquid diet has been grwat after the fifth day ive lost 27lbs. Already feeling better

5 days until my surgery!!!! I started my liquid diet early so im on day 16 which I think has made it take a little bit longer to get here but im now convinced I can do this and ready to take on my new change and the dedication its going to take.

I live in a really small town....guess I might have to go for a lil drive this weekend thanks for the tips...I also forgot about the broth that sounds wonderful! I have never wanted time to fast forward so bad.....

Im on day four of my pre-op diet and feel as if im going insane.....cant watch tv cause all there is is food commercials and making my son meals is torture. ...any ideas that might help

Hi everyone i had my the with the nurse today and see surgeon tomorrow ... I am good to go and so excited... Im looking at a date of 4-14-14....

I know a couple if u share the same date! Pre op diet ive been doing ... For the most part... Getting used to it and its not that bad .... Good luck everyone our month is coming!!!

I live in Oregon and my sleeve is scheduled for April 7. ...im very nervous....excited....but nervous just cant wait til the countdown is over
