. I'm nervous about the possibility of having surgery again so soon. I've heard stories from friends who had gallbladder attacks and definitely hope that doesn't happen. Thanks it's good to know recovery is so short.

Had surgery on April 22. I have been doing pretty well. But I was told on Thursday that I have gall stones. I've had no pain today and still hoping it does not automatically mean surgery again!

So I'm 5 weeks postop and I'm on full liquids. I'm not sure I can drink one more Protein Shake but I have one more week to go! Anyone have suggestions on some different flavors? I can't blend fruit into the shakes yet either. I do have syntrex nector lemon tea that I like.

MrsGloMartin, thank you for that wonderful compliment! I just looked at my greek yogurt label, I buy only Dannon Lite &Fit. It has 8 gr sugar. My husband has some other kinds and I looked at them, Activia has 19-22 gr sugar!!! I could not WAIT for my two weeks to be over so I could have some Greek Yogurt again.....but I only buy that brand... Best of luck...
Dannon has a lite and fit Greek yogurt with no sugar and like 18 grams Protein.

Today's the day! In three hours I'll be at the hospital. My nerves have calmed and I'm ready for this new path in my life to begin.

Got Approved For My Supplements!!! Woo-Hoo!!! Just got a call from Insure informing me that my insurance is going to pay for all of my Protein supplements. Things are just getting sweeter and sweeter as the days go by. I thank God for all of these blessings that will allow me to have my surgery and regain control of my health and happiness. I'm feeling so blessed today :D

Sounds like everyone is doing well. I too am 3 months out and down 74 pounds. Currently at 201!! It's been about 20 years since I've been at this weight. I'm having gall bladder issues and dr wants to take it out I'm just anxious about having surgery again so soon. I'm having little pain so I go back in September to see how I'm doing and schedule surgery.
