For me, Siggy's yogurt, it has very little sugar and has a sourness that takes getting used to. It's on the expensive side ($1.79 per cup), but it has a ton of Protein. I find that I cannot stand other yogurts (Greek or other) because I am so used to the Siggy taste. Atkins Protein Bars --I like them because they are lower in calories and total carbohydrates than a lot of others. I have not seen Quest bars in my area (W MA). A lot of protein bars that I have tried have a sugar alcohol aftertaste I really do not like.

You know what happens when you don't stick to your meal plan, and not keep up with support groups (meetings or internet)? You end up going way, way off the bariatric reservation, that's what! These past few weeks i have been very naughty about sugar, fatty foods and portion sizes. Made every excuse and rationalized my behavior with some pretty stupid reasons. I attended the required support group meetings already, but I just checked the calendar for BSMC, and thankfully there is a meeting on the 14th -- it's seems so far away! I haven't had my surgery yet, but I really need to re-focus my thinking to where it was when I began this journey. For those of you who are sticking to your program, and even though you might have your struggles, you are an inspiration for me.

Good question! I too have just started my journey, and I have really been giving this a lot of thought. Besides new clothes, I was thinking about learning a sport, like tennis or golf with my teenage niece.
