I was looking into Dr. Alkon in NJ. His prices/packages seem pretty reasonable. His work looks good enough to me. I'm far from getting any work done, but came across his work during my search. www.plastic-surgery-nj.com

They have a nasty after taste. I can only eat half a bag at a time. I unfortunately bought 3 cases ???? I'll try to get through them this year...

Sleeved 9/30/14 and I'm at another stall. This one had lasted a month. I've upped my Water to 80 oz. My Protein is between 60-80 grams. I do cardio/weights 30-60 mins 4 days a week. There is a difference in my clothes but the scale is another story. Got on the scale this morning and it said I gained a lb. So frustrating, but I won't give up. Rant over, thanks ????

I'm down only 38lbs since surgery 9/30/14. I thought/think my loss is slow, but slow and steady wins the race ????. I'm getting 65-80 grams of Protein, could do better with my Water and exercising 3-4 days a week. I went back to shakes once a day and it has kicked my weight loss back in gear. I would like to lose about 40-45 more to get my BMI to 30.

As of this morning I am down 32lbs since surgery and 53lbs from my HW. I am ecstatic ???? I need to start taking some comparison pictures soon ????

I'm doing good. I've lost 27 lbs. Slow loser, but it's a lost. The entire month of November I stalled. I was so happy when the scale moved. Be prepared for the stalls. Focus on the NSV's during the stall. You will lose inches even though the scale doesn't move.

Hey there neighbor. I'm from Baltimore, MD. I had my surgery September 30, 2014 at MedStar Franklin Square Hospital. Good luck on your journey.

I just ran up and down 4 flights of steps at work during my break! Anything helps...when I go home I am going to increase the speed on the treadmill! I have to keep the faith!!! Thanks

I am using myfitnesspal. It really does help. This past weekend has not been the best LOL. But I do need to focus on my Water intake. I feel like I can't remember the last time I had close to 64 ounces of water. I am getting my Protein in via Premier Protein. I know it's the water issue. Thanks for responding!

So......tomorrow I will be 6 weeks post-op and I am gaining weight instead of losing. The first 4 weeks I lost 24lbs and then stalled. I have gained 4lbs in the past week. I am going to start over from the full liquid stage to see if I can lose some of this weight. Not discourged, but a little disappointed. I am doing light exercise 3 x week (treadmill, eliptical), nothing heavy. People are telling me that I look good, but I hate that darn scale!!! Thanks for letting me vent. Have a great day all and keep losing!!

Wow!! Congratulations! You look wonderful! I hope to have such amazing results as you!!

Very inexpensive. I got medium resistance from five Below for $5.

Two weeks out today and I am extremely tired. Last week I was like the energizer bunny, kept going and going. This week I just want to sleep all day long. Whenever I eat, I am immediately ready to pass out. And that's only about 2-3 tablespoons of pureed food. Other than this tiredness, my recovery has been great!

I feel the same way. Sometimes, not often, when I gulp I may feel like a belch is stuck in my chest but that quickly passes. I have an appetite but 2-3 tbsps of tuna and I feel full. Sleeved 9/30 and down 15lbs.

You look amazing!! I can only to wish for such great results for myself. Such an inspiration ☺
What do your workouts consist of, if I may ask?

The best thing to do for gas pains is walking. My doctor told me that Gas-X wouldn't help because it's a different type of gas.
-
I myself had an amazing outcome. I was sleeved on 9/30 and the worst pain that I had was gas pain in which walking helped relieve such pain. I slept on my stomach day 3 post op with no problem. I would do it all over again in a heart beat. I feel great. Good luck on your journey.
