I had my surgery 26 years ago. I've gained a lot back. It's my own fault. I live in an area where I did not have any follow up after my surgery. I lost ove100 pounds. After years I slowly forgot I even had the surgery. Since joining this forum I've relearned how to eat properly. Not to drink after eating. And to foloow the guideline it makes a Hugh difference. My weight is once again going back down. Using the tools we are reminded of here I am back on track
