After surgery u will regret cheating the diet so that's why they make u go threw this before u have to be strong and choose ur life over food.... it's just food it's not going anywhere and one day u may be able to have it again but u didn't go threw all the pre op crap to let sweets ruin it... stay strong
  3. Homemade chicken and veggie soup is the best :-) after I eat I throw in egg noodles so the family has something to fill them up

  6. I add a slice of cheese over chicken for extra protein I'm a little over 4 weeks and it helps alot

I had this issue December I weighed my highest 340 and before surgery got to 308 I was told horrible things and had a lot of people state I didn't need it i just stopped feeding into the crap at the end of the day it's ur body and u do what's best for u and ur body the surgery has saved my life I'm now 280 sleeve April 2nd .... u will always have somebody who disapproves I know if I would of listened to others I'd be right back to 340 people fail to realize it's a tool not a instant fix ....

  11. Crushed ice and light apple juice :-) water made me throw up... still can't drink it without flavor after day 4 u should start feeling a whole lot better!!!
  12. I did it for 5 days out as well just rinse with water good to go my surgeon said as long as not swallowing it's fine
  13. I'm having a hard time finding anything I really like... it's like all craving for old food is gone and I have to force myself to drink water lol... but I do wish I had beef jerky... and I'm finding I love the smell of food... I'm 1 week post op...

U won't feel like u have been hit I will state however right when they move u to ur room they expect you to walk as much as possible u will feel lots of pressure in ur tummy after the numbing goes away... I threw up a few time... but after they get u settled in ur out for a few hours and u have ur pain button so not really to much pain I noticed only when they made me walk I barfed.... only issue I've had.. just remember walk walk walk walk gas pains hurt so do the burps but it gets the pressure out and good luck to you
  15. The beauty after surgery is u feel no craving for hunger well at least I haven't .. I struggled on my liquid diet as well but I'm 5 days post op and only thing I'm tired of is not being able to chew food ... u will get threw it throw extra activities to pass time it does get easier. .. remember why you are doing this and stay positive why don't u try fruit smoothies. ..
  16. I was just sleeved 4.2 as well this has helped alot for me I felt as I was doing everything wrong. ...
  17. same here sleeved 4-2 im on day 1 of liquid diet it suckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkssssssssssssssssss but I know its worth it in the end

  19. that is great congrats and keep up the good work i will be sleeved april 2nd but ive already lost 28lbs myself i am noticing the diffrence keep me updated with your success
