  11. The Day The New England journal article, recently came out and showed the 5 yr data about surgery curing diabetes..... I looked at the 7 meds that I take each day, and decided.
  12. Thanks, I just tried Source Organic Whey protein ( I ordered it online, it is produced in northern CA from pasture fed cow milk organic and non GMO) which I liked, it tastes like milk when mixed with Water, I added peaches and vanilla in the blender and was pleased. Will continue to investigate.
  13. Great to hear from you. Do you have any suggestions for, protein powders that are organic non gmo?
  14. I am also trying to avoid GMO and going organic, I will have my surgery towards end of may. I ordered Source Organic and Robs whey to try, and tried TaraWhey which was ok. the raw vegan powders are terrible, chalky. I have been using a natural flavor whey concentrate organic powedr from Whole Foods, which I like and basically tastes like milk when in Water, I ve used orange juice and flavored Vitamin water with it, both were good. I think I will be going with unflavored natural whey Protein concentrate 80% whichever one tastes best. It seems that the whey isolate is 90% or above by weight but involves heat that denatures the protein some, so though the numbers are better, it may not actually be better.
