My husband said I am lazy
I'm sorry he is not being supportive. My husband and I still go out to dinner. I just plain to take home a doggy bag. It is a hard adjustment for couples who use food as bonding and entertainment. Once he sees you can still have fun without over indulging it will improve

Peanut butter
It is powdered peanut butter which you add water to. I do some slices in it. Our in powdered form pit it in shakes. It's not bad!

Any Ladies on Hormone Therapy pre-op?
Crazy as this sounds prior to surgery post menopause verified by labs, on HRT which I stopped for a few weeks prior and then started again 6 weeks after. This week at 10 weeks post surgery I get a period!

Going insane already
The liwuid and puree phase suck no way to sugar coat it. We feel your pain. Just keep your head in the game. Soft foods very well chewed are essentially pureed in mt humble opinion.

Tracking food too much for anyone?
I track but it is tedious because of the small portion sizes and adjusting MFP for that.

Blood test shows low protein and potassium levels
I also did not take prenatals due to nausea. Even with the bariatric vitamins they want me to take 3 a day!#! Plus 1500 mg calcium. I take the iron before I go to bedcso thst helps.

Blood test shows low protein and potassium levels
I have not been tested post op yet but have never been one to take vitamins or supplements. I struggle with how many we are asked to take as I don't know why sleevers would need more than daily recommendations for anyone? I track food and vitamins on MFP. Thoughts (p art of me thinks they just want to sell me bariatric vitamins)

Confused
I would look up the medical policy on their web site. If you can't find it they should be able to assist.

1.5 weeks out, first restaurant trip
I was sleeved on 2/10 and was invited to brunch and Bloody Mary's with friends. I wasn't going to go but I wanted to see them. I had a half of a virgin bloody mary and a meatloaf slider no bun. It was nice to get out and I didn't envy my friends giant burgers and friends one bit!
