  1. Im just shy of a month out and have been on a stall since the 8th. 😩 my legs have been cramping/falling asleep.
  2. 50 or less grams of carbs per day is the ideal amount right now

  4. I used to love Robert Irvine’s fit crunch bars. They do have 27 grams of carbs in them but only 6 grams of sugar and 30 grams of protien. And they taste great!! But you can make Keto protien bars too so there’s that option.
  5. I’ve been up a lot today. Actually one of my legs is soar and I’m not sure what’s up.
  6. Hey my legs are falling asleep every time I sit. All day it’s happened today. Should I be worried? My legs seem to be where all the weight came from so I assume its something to do with that..
  7. It looks good on you. I say go for it.
  8. Try some soothing sounds or get a diffuser and some essential oils. Personally thunder storms knock me out so quickly.
  9. So here’s what I did. This morning I added 1 of my probiotics and 1 of my biocleanses in (plexus—super good for post op) I’ll be going up to a normal dose come next week. Which is 2 in of each in the morning and 2 of each in the evening. It helps regulate. It worked right away without all the nasty side effects of laxatives which have long term usage issues. Probiotics help create a healthy gut biome which is needed of course. :) and it’s not pricy lol.
  10. I made a huge pot of gaz Oakley’s high protien chili today. Will be having it for lunch tomorrow. And more zuppa soup for dinner. I bought the stuff to make egg cheese and sausage burritos for everyone, I’ll just have mine without the tortilla. I also was contacted by a random gym and will be going on Wednesday next week to start walking on the treadmill during their free week trial since my gym is down for a week under construction 🚧 🔨. I can’t wait to get back up and keep going. My app lies I have 102 lbs to go till my real goal weight. It thinks I should get down to 145.
  11. Hopefully it won’t last much longer but I keep hearing about 2-3 weeks of stall for this one.

  15. I made a horrible horrible mistake. And now I’m waiting for my body to stab me. I ate some pizza. I got like 1 bite but not worth it!! 😭😭😭
  16. I finally went. I’m not suffering anymore. I’ll be taking some mirilax later tonight after my husband gets home.
  17. So made lunch for my kids and husband— blt’s took mine and just wrapped my bacon and tomato in the lettuce and added a little mayo to make it slightly moist for eating. Went down easy. Tasted great :) veggies and I’ll probably turn sandwiches into lettuce wraps in the future. :)

  19. Yes I’m dealing with the 3 week stall right now as well. Sounds like you’re doing good with your intake though!!
  20. I finally got to go to target today and picked up off brand dulcolax and off brand mirilax. Waiting for the dulcolax to kick in. On an off topic note the area my kids go to school in is being evacuated due to a fire. Luckily we live about 25 miles north of their school so we may save some money on gas tomorrow 😂

    I’m looking at dulcolax since it’s 1/2 the price. Gonna hop back on my probiotics. I need to get into a better habit with my pills.... I’m not great at remembering to take them.   22. He might have a thing on Saturday. In the mean time we’re working as hard as we can to just be frugal which sucks because I’m running out of food I can eat. We have plenty of pasta, rice, beans etc. someone just dropped off a squash. Maybe if I can get an eggplant 🍆 I can pull off a veggie stew that I can have for a few days hopefully some fiber in the veggies will help.

  24. Thank you @photogirl70 I tried again but nothing coming out. Looked at the bank and had to leave the money there it’s enough for gas till October to get the kids to school. I’m almost out of food. Idk what to do at this point.
