My doctor think that my weight should be 120/130![emoji15] needless to say, I'm 2 years out and 167[emoji30][emoji30][emoji30]how I wished that I was 158 again... or smaller!

  8. I'm 16 months out as well and I'm at a standstill! LW since sleeve was 162 with 30 more lbs to lose. Now I'm up to 166!! It's a bit depressing I've been searching for the "pouch test" on here. I have hardly NO MORE restriction in my sleeve and can eat what I want, all I want:(. PLEASE HELP
  9. Good morning! It's been a long time since I've posted! Just to give an update, I am a 4"11 female, I was sleeved 9/26/14 my highest weight was 228. On the day of surgery I was 217 as of today 8/10/15, I am 166.3! I'd do it again in a heartbeat and I've influenced 5 people of whom I've shared my journey with, to have or at least inquire about this procedure....
  10. You go to the plus size because you still don't know your new size and the store clerk ask if you're looking to buy a gift for someone☺️ (I'm a size 6-8 dress/12 pants from a 16-18 dress/20-22 pants!)

  13. It's been a while since I've logged on and posted but I must say that if I had this decision to make all over again.... I would! My surgery date is September 26,2014 I have lost 60lbs exactly since then! I am healthy more energetic.... Let's just say "I'm feelin myself" lol!! And with God, ALL things are possible!
  14. Congratulations! My surgerversary is the same day!! I went from 217 surgery day to 177 on my surgerversary!! I feel absolutely great and YOU look absolutely great!! Keep it up!
  15. My favorite dresses are called "bodycon" and my husband can't keep his eyes or hands off of me!
  16. Surgery date was September 26, 2014! I made 6 months post op on 3/26/15 that same day I had a PCP doc visit...... I am now 177lbs from my highest weight of 228 the day of 10 day pre op weight the day of surgery I weighed 217! I'm officially off blood pressure meds, first time in 13 years! I feel great, look great, I exercise with a personal trainer 3 days a week, but my PCP said that I should work out at least 5! Hopefully, I'll find that kind of strength! It's still hard to get in 90grams of protein AND 64 oz of water but I'm trying????
  17. Premier CHOCOLATE is my favorite thus far! I'll be 2 months post op on 11/26/14
  18. Puréed is theeee absolute worse! I can't hardly stand the only protein shake that I can tolerate (premier) anymore! I'm 3 weeks post op and now on any soft foods that I can tolerate. However, that's a chore as well????
  19. @@VSG_lauren this is EXACTLY how I feel! I thought that I was ready but boy was I in for a surprise!! I'm tired all the time, can't eat but two teaspoons of puréed anything, fatigued and a little miserable. It's unbelievable that you REALLY can't consume not even what nutritionist would say is a normal plate of something! 6 month old babies can eat more than me:(. I pray that 6 months from now that I can say it was worth it and I don't regret it either..... I'm two weeks two days post-op 9/26/14
  20. Everyone's pictures are sooooo inspiring! I'm two weeks and two days post op..... I can't wait to see results even close!????
  21. After your evaluation Dr. Prachard and team go over ALL of your records including physc eval. They decide if your medical conditions meet the criteria for the procedure and then they send you a letter of acceptance or not and the recommended procedure within 3 weeks. However, the approval of the procedure is solely up to your insurance and their requirements that approval can take up to 30 days after you meet them whether it be a 2,3 or six months monitoring of nutrition BEFORE your approved. My entire process was approximately 8 months. I am now as of today 2 weeks post op???? good luck to you on your journey and acceptance
