I'm sure this has been asked before but this post is a decade long lol. But I just applied and it said thank you for registering with insure nutrition. Does this mean I have been approved or shall I still be standing by expecting a phone call or email? This is very cool thanks for sharing this little bit of knowledge, I never would have thought this was an option.

now that I posted I realize I definitely didn't look hard lol. Hindsight is 20/20 I'll tell you what.

For your Information, Below is the step by step process in order to get your Nutritional supplements from INSURE NUTRITION COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE.

STEP 1:

After checking your eligibility, you are notified of your status either through email or by phone call. If you are eligible, we fill out a prescription form and fax it to your doctor for a signature.

STEP 3:

Once the signed prescription is faxed back to us, we send a month's supply of supplements directly to your home.

STEP 4:

The whole process from when you submit your health insurance information to when you receive your supplements generally takes 1-2 weeks. The duration of time may vary depending on how promptly your doctor faxes us back your prescriptions.

Yes, in order to receive your nutritional supplements covered by your insurance, you must go to INSURE NUTRITION website and Register there.

After registration Insure Nutrition Employee will contact you and tell you about your Insurance Eligibility and your coverage.

I tried...I have Aetna, and waiting to hear back from them. Right after I signed up, I did a search on Aetna and their policy on coverage...what I found was that they do not cover any type of shakes or drinks, so I guess it's just a matter of time before I get the denial call.

Just an FYI ... I'm 5 days post op with the sleeve. Everything is going well. I just wanted to share what my friend shared with me about getting your drinks paid for through your insurance.

Didn't know if it would go through or not but it did!! I signed up online at Insure Nutrition, gave them my insurance information (make sure it's your prescription plan info) and they did all the work for me. They verified my insurance, contacted my Doctor for the prescription and a week later I received my first shipment!!

You all may already know about this but I didn't and I honestly couldn't have been more surprised that it was approved and had no copay!! My drinks were actually delivered a week before my surgery do they were ready for me!

They also do liquid supplements but my doctor has me on chewable Flintstones lol so I'm doing those instead.

Oh and I'm doing premier chocolate.
