  1. Good Morning December sleevers! I was sleeved December 20, 2013.. My starting weight was 335 and I am currently 237! Only a couple more pounds until the 100 mark! This has been an amazing journey! The beginning was difficult and at time I definitely second guessed my judgement, but all in all I would do it all over again.. I was a size 26 and now I am in a size 18... Excited to see so many December sleevers! Keep up the great work guys!

    Starting weight: 335

    Current weight: 237

    Total lost: 98 lbs :)

  3. I was sleeved December 20, 2013 and I have lost 65lbs as of this morning! It definitely is getting harder.. My doctor has high expectations for my weight loss goals.. Which I am glad because I know if he didn't, I wouldn't be so determined. I have started exercising at least 4 times a week for an hour to get out of my stall, my dr also recommended instead of my two Snacks a day, cut down to one.. He also said the first 9 months are the most vital time to get the weight off because after that the weight will come off a lot slower.. About 1-2lbs a month. But you all are doing great and good luck with your weight loss journey!

  4. I think it is normal to binge eat before surgery because you think you will never be able to eat again.. But I am 8 weeks post op and I can tell you that once you get that overwhelm feeling of fullness after 4-5 bites.. You won't want anymore... It's hard to throw away or save the rest of the food because before I felt like I had to clean my plate. You Are doing the right thing and you will realize after surgery it's all a mind thing.. Your body will tell you when to stop...

  5. I was sleeved on December 20, 2013, so I am 8 weeks out. I just had a baby Feb 2013 by c section and the pain for sleeve was farrrrr more intense! The first two weeks are pretty rough.. By third week I was getting around a lot easier but felt like I had been punched in the ribs, but once that pain was gone by week 4 it has been so much easier.. I am down 52 lbs in 2 months and I couldn't be more excited! It is soo worth everything! Good luck!
