That sounds very frustrating. I'm only 2 months out and just came out of a stall, but just barely. I will check back in to see what advice people give you. I did bump up my Water, increased my Protein and my exercise. I also had to decrease my sodium intake as well as sugar intake. All of this helped. But, I'm still struggling. I seem to be going through some emotional highs and lows right now. With that, my food is not always the best. I will be glad when everything stabilizes for me and I can begin making healthy food choices most of the time. Good luck!

I just had a day of emotional eating. Although the amount is NOTHING like it used to be. I mainly was not concerned with eating Protein first. It's scary, but I'm so glad I'm not alone. I believe that this will be a life-long struggle and that will support I can overcome the need to want to eat when I'm depressed. Thank you all for sharing.

I'm sorry to hear about your gain. I've never heard of a 'faulty' sleeve. What does the surgeon mean by that?

I know how hard that can be. I'm experiencing the same thing. I have started making 5 small meals a day. However, staying on track has been difficult. I find that I need support to help me lose. I've joined a lot of WLS groups on Facebook and really try to stay connected. I am doing better and will continue to see support where ever I can find it.
If you want, we can exchange recipes, and be friends on a food tracking app. I'm using the Lose It app right now to track my foods.
You can do it! I know you can.
