  1. Soooooooooooo happy today, jumped on the scale and have mad it to under the 200 ound mark!! It has been years since I have weighted less than 200, I am in a different ball park now!! so Happy. It has been some time since my surgery and weight loss has slowed down. I am eating regular food. I hate taking the vitimins. But today , is more motovation!!! Thank you for your support!!
  2. This has happened to me, I have used milk of magnesia but it takes a couple of days to l work!! good luck- Also the first few times, it hurts , it is so hard........
  3. I do not like to take the vitamins..... I can hardly stomach them. I know they are a important part of the program.........but ohhhhhhhhhhhh
  4. I have been post surgery 2 weeks today. I have lost 10 pounds. Does this seem right? How did everyone else do during that time frame.? I did good pre op and looking forward to the rest of my journey. I still have to protien shakes a day and then little snaks. I do hate taking the vitimins...... and pills..... Please tell me how you are doing. TThank you

  6. I finally went- I had my surgery 2/19 so only 6 days out from surgery- it was painful, does consipation is that normal? What can I do?
  7. I also had my surgery 2/19. I have been wanting to eat- and now thinking of all the food, I may never have a chance to eat again. I do want to be healthy . wish I could have it both ways

  10. I am so surprised I was able to lose any weight, 16 ponds in all- However it all seems to be boobs, and now my stomach looks bigger than normal?? Has this happened to anyone?

  12. Hi I have surgery on Wednesday- 2/19/2014- I started this process by seeing a bariatric physician at the hospital where I work- It has taken almost two months to get the surgery. Hooray for us both!!!
