Awesome job! I was banded on March 4th and I am only at 4.75 cc. I can feel restriction though, and can tell a difference. Every person is different and you are doing wonderful. I do not go to the gym, but I go jogging outside and on the treadmill and I also use kettle bells and will jump rope. I try to work out at least 40 minutes a day 5-6 days a week. Good luck and keep up the good work.

I had a small fill last week of .75 cc and it seems today when I woke up I could feel the restriction more. Maybe it takes a week or so to really feel the fill. Hopefully you feel better soon.

Good luck! It will be over before you know it. Just remember that it is worth the pain, and my pain was not to bad. Keep us updated.

I have the fitbit flex and it is a band that I wear on my wrist. I love it. It is a pedometer, also tracks your activity minutes, how many calories you burn and it can track your sleep pattern. Since I got it I strive everyday to make 10,000 steps. My husband has one also. I think it is a good investment.

I started mushies on week 3. The doctor should let you know when you can start that stage. I ate cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, pudding, apple sauce, low-fat cheese sticks and baked potatoes were my main foods. Please double check with your doctor first. Every doctor is different. Hopefully others have some ideas for you on soft foods.

Welcome to the site. I find this site to be very helpful. I was banded over 2 months ago and it sounds like you are off to a great start. Good Luck with everything and do not be afraid to ask questions. There are tons of people on this site that have great advise.

I really do love reading your posts. I have been in a blah mood today and this made me feel better. You look awesome by the way!
I had a NSV last week as well. I was jogging at the park and I looked over to my left and saw someone running next to me. That someone looked good, and then I realized it was my shadow. I am finally starting to notice the weight coming off.

I have had this issue as well. My doctor just keeps giving me a pill to make it stop, and then it restarts your cycle. It could be the weight lose and hormone change. I would call your doctor though. There could be a serious issue. Good luck!

I was told by my NUT to start B12 right away. I do not think I am deficient, but I take supplements that I buy from GNC. It will help with your energy level also. I can tell when I forget to take mine. Let me know how it goes.

I am have been on Aleese birth control for about a month now and have had no issues. I did have an IUD once and when they removed it is when a ton of female issues started with me. I also only have one child and she is spoiled.

Mine was swollen for a couple of weeks. I would just double check with your doctor about your concern. I did not use ice or anything, just tried to avoid hitting that section. Good luck.

Mine tells me the same thing everyday. Do not worry and just follow the doctors instructions.

@@karina33 yes I do eat a lot of Protein. I try to get 70-80 grams a day. It is what my doctor wants so I work hard to stick with it. I go back to the doctor on June 16th and I hoping to be in the 100's again.
