Hi im a hairdresser and was sleeved on April 24th and I took 2 weeks off I didn't think that was enough time....I wasnt in any pain it was more not having the energy i was on full liquids when I went back it was hard to get my Protein and Water in when I was busy I wish I took off a month! Now 2 months out and on regular food and feel amazing good luck to you!!!!

I feel your pain I was sleeved on April 24th and I just hit my first stall and its so frustrating!!!!! Did you do anything to get passed your first one? Good luck I hope your stall doesn't last too long

I like the unjury brand of Protein. They have unflavored that you can add to Soups, puddings, and even eggs and Beans. They also have chicken broth, strawberry sorbet and chocolate splendor which I like for making shakes with either Water or milk. Great taste and very soothing on the stomach.

Where do I find it? And does it mix well because the texture really gets to me now

@@MFoster9812 Don't worry too much, like I said some Protein is better than none. It's really difficult for some folks immediately post op to get down the shakes. I know I struggled with nausea pretty bad for the first month. Just don't buy any more and look for better options of Protein. Good luck!

After reading what everyone was saying I looked at the actual ingredients (something I should have done before I bought it) and it different forma of Protein that my nut said to stay away from because its not pure whey protein

Is the Isopure something similar buy with better nutrition value?

I used these early on often. 1 thing I found though is you DO NOT want to drink them all in 1 sitting. Space it out over time. If I drank it all in 1 sitting they gave me the shitz.

Yeah im going to talk to my doctor/nut and see what they say I start regular food on Thursday and I would love to be able to get all my Protein in with food but i dont see that happening for a while and I nees to get mt protein in im so tired all the time. Ok so my client told me about this Liquid Protein "shot" her husband who had the bypass last year drinks so I decided to try it because I Having a hard time getting my Protein in because im so sick of my Premier Protein shake im 5 1/2 out and on puree stage im super happy to get 42 grams of protein in 3.8 oz but it is not all that tasty thankfully they have other flavors so I hope I find a decent one and if not im just going to gag it down because I need the protein!!!!

They made me nauseous im going to wait and try again in a few weeks because I love poached eggs and hard boiled eggs

The pain medication made me nauseous so they gavee something else and it made me feel better......good luck

I have actually been really open with people and I have had nothing but positive outcome and support im a hairdresser at fantastic sams and we have a lot of regulars and im starting to get you omg your looking so good and people who aren't even coming in for a service to just come and check in on me its so much easier then lying to people iv always been ashamed to be fat and I dont want to be ashamed of anything anymore if someone doesn't like me decision thats on them not me this is the hardest thing/"diet" I have ever done it is not for the lazy like most people think

I didn't take mine like I was supposed to (I thought I only took it of I got acid reflux) and I started getting a lot of pain in my chest a little over 1 weeks out and since I started taking something every day im fine.....so take it see if he can give you a pill I take 20mlg omeprazole and its in a capsule! Keep your Protein up. Whole foods sales a Liquid Protein called Protein 100. It comes in a quart glass jar and it is sold in Vitamin area. It has 15 grams of protein per ounce. I put it in my Water and shakes. Sometimes I just drink an ounce by itself.

What does it taste like?
