i swear i think the hardest part about going to the gym is walking in. lol at least for me i get so nervous. im weird i know! lol Here's to day 1!

I started the gym over a month ago. I went 3 wks without even walking in. But I need to and now it is easy once I figured what machines did what and I have a schedule: incumberant bike, eclipticle, and then equipment. 45 mins and out of there. Yesterday, I overworked it and sore today. I seen your stats. Almost like mine. Keep going and it will become easier to do!
