    Tmi sorry

Happened to me too, pretty normal as long as there's no blood in your stools. It happens cuz we removed the majority of our stomach so everything is in shock esp our digestive system. It'll get better :-)

    Anyone having trouble with friends?

So sorry you're going thru this, our friends are supposed to be supportive and encouraging. Keep your chin up and take care of yourself :-)

What happens to the girls ?

I'm still early but I hope that I don't lose too much because I'm a big c/ lil D cup so I don't have much anyways. I just want a little bit of cleavage left.
  4. I don't have any gallbladder issues either (knocking on wood). I'm not sure if there's anything you can do to prevent an issue either.

    Any February 2014 Sleevers?

You guys are not alone with not feeling so good today, I'm not either. First migraine I've had since my surgery 2/24 and u can't take anything but chewable Tylenol for because I can't have pills yet :-( my head is gonna explode. On top of that I've barely lost any weight since surgery. My clothes are getting loose but I thought there would be more. I hope you all feel better soon.

    Any February 2014 Sleevers?

I too have a special NSV, this one really touches my heart. Yesterday i found my 8 yr old in the kitchen reading all the nutritional info on his snacks, and he even knew what stuff was good for him and not so good! I'm so proud of my family for their support. Everyone is getting on board with a new healthier lifestyle and I couldn't be happier about it :-)

    Any February 2014 Sleevers?

Second day back to work and I am completely exhausted! My day isn't even over with and I'm ready to curl up on the factory floor and snooze. I have zero energy. Anybody else go/going thru this when they went back to work?

    Does running get easier?

Thank you for this post, very inspiring. I can't wait to be able to run, I'm only 3 weeks out so I'd like to lose a lol bit before I go! But I can't wait to join my friends who do all the fun and special 5k's around the Seattle area, it's definitely a motivator :-)

I noticed that the taste of coffee is different for me now too, really weird cuz I too was a daily drinker. Oh well, I welcome the change I guess :-)

    IT WORKS! SLOW LOSERS REJOICE!

Thank you for posting, I need to reevaluate my caloric intake as I'm still on soft mushy foods and I don't really know my typical calories for the day.

    Questionable post op diet

That does seem a lil too soon to me too, but again if that's what the doc wants.... I was sleeved on 2/24 and there is so much that my sleeve dislikes so kudos to her if she can eat it cuz I'd love a piece of meat! Lol

    Lots of NSVs!

I too had a couple of NSV's today, first I crossed my legs while sitting down today too -awesome feeling! Secondly, when I was at the gym on the vertical lat press(I think that's what it is) I could push the handles down past my thunder thighs!! So happy about that cuz before I had to stop at the top of my thighs :-)

    Any February 2014 Sleevers?

Very sorry you're not feeling well yet, I'm sure you will soon. Talk to your doc and give yourself time to heal, we all heal differently, we did just remove the majority of our tummies :-)

    Any February 2014 Sleevers?

Congrats ladies! You all are doing super :-) As for myself, even though it's only been two full weeks, I honestly thought if be losing a lil faster than this. I know I'm expecting too much and it'll pick up but dang it anyways lol. My doc wants me to get 80-100 gr of protein a day, which I'm ok with I guess but a lot of it is going to come from shakes. I can't bring myself to purée meat of any sort, it's a texture thing maybe and I had a lil bit of mashed taters, thinned out tonight and my yummy isn't quite ready for it. But my pant are starting to get loose and tomorrow I hit the gym for the first time so I'm a-ok!
