I am still waiting for a date to start my liquid diet. It will consist of 5 shakes and broth, Jello anything sf and liquid. For 14 days. I am excited and nervous about this next chapter!

Congratulations......best of luck. I can't wait for my day to come. I am just not starting my journey. Trying to get all my app in with the cardiologist to make sure i am good to go. I only have two month visits with my dr and I am trying to read everything and watch every you tube video I can.
