Sleeved 1/29 SW 242, CW 229... Losing very slow had a 3 week stall hopefully things will get to moving faster now. Between 800-1000 cal, exercise 5 x week

My nut says stage 3 bananas, melon, applesauce, canned peaches or pears in own juice, peaches, plums pears (no skin).

Try premier shakes already mixed and taste great esp chocolate, hear they now have strawberry can't wait to try it.

Yes I was given a picture of the portion of my stomach that was removed.

I have tried all the flavones and cannot tolerate the taste or smell! Made me sick even when I tried to dilute them.... Good luck

I am 2 weeks out and had the same problem, pain when eating even after tiny amounts. Take smaller bites and sips it's an all day challenge. But it is getting better.

I agree, sleeved 1/29/14 can't imagine this outpatient as I have read previously on some forums. Definitely a reality check this is MAJOR surgery and your body reminds you of that!

I actually meant sleeved 1/29/14 so I am a little over 1 week pos-op. Stomach just get sore esp when trying to consume Protein?

Hi Mia, I was sleeved on 1/29/14 and yes the gas is definitely painful. Make sure u walk as much as possible it does help. Also try Gas-X!

I am hungry too @ Melle! Somedays more than others.....I thought with the ghrelin gland decrease it would help decrease the hunger sensation.
