Ok I'm only 1 week post OP and I'm going out with the couples from my church tomorrow night! I feel good, I want to go But, they don't know about my surgery at all and dinner well be served. #1 How will I explain why I'm sipping a shake instead of eating the dinner? #2 Should I bring something special for myself like my fav full liquid recipe so I won't feel too bad? Honest advice wanted....

My voice is raspy and my throat still hurts..... anyone else? Other than that everything else seems to be getting back to normal!

This is kinda funny cuz I'm definitely emotional....I've cried so......I just want my hubby to hold me and LOVE on me. I couldn't understand why I was so emotional!

Wow! I had mine on 2-5-14 & I feel very as well! I also have pain but it's under my right breast like where my port was when I had the lapband! And you're ready to go back to work????? Wow! You're brave!

I could use a little help.......on 2-5-14 I got a band to sleeve conversion, but sometimes it feels like things haven't settled back in like my organs are moving around when I lay on a certain side then try and get back up. And I am getting hunger pains. And when I drink anything cold it literally hurts when it gets to the bottom. Can anyone relate to what I'm going through? I also can drink a lot..... almost done with 64 oz of water. I'm starting to feel like it's not going to work that good me.
