I worked out on the treadmill. 1st time in a few days..I really need to get back on track.. ~Kristen

Right now i have 1.75cc in my band..I love my restriction and have noticed that when i do exercise my band gets tighter..I am comfortable right now and have been loosing steadly...before i started exercising reguarly the band used to get looser when i lost weight not tighter.. ~Kristen

I had problems with Aunt Flo too..The heavier i was the less it came regularly..I lost 82.5 lbs so far and now its been coming more reqular..Unfortually i am late for it this month..I was due 08/24 and i have just to get it. Although i have been under alot of stress the last couple weeks..We shall see ~Kristen

I have no exciting plans..I am kinda hoping i can spend sometime with my boyfriend :love: I haven't been able to see him in the last 10 days because our schedules conflicted.. But other then hoping to spend time with him i highly doubt i am doing anything else... ~Kristen

anybody have plans for this weekend? I have a 3 day weekend and i don't think i am doing much :faint: ~Kristen

I just remembered an occasion ...When i was in 4-h //We had our club @ a local stewarts..they were celabrating there 5 year anniversary..They were offering 5cent ice cream cones..Lets say i had 10.00 in ice cream that day..Anybody want to guess how many LOL ~Kristen

I am doing ok..Lost another 5 lbs so i am down 82.5 lbs..Just think 17.5 lbs to go til i finally hit 100 lbs off ..I cannot wait..How is everyone else????????????????????????????????????? ~Kristen

Hey Everyone... I have to say that all of my life i have had little or no self esteem, I had a bad childhood etc..And being FAT all my life didn't help much. I am very proud of my weight loss so far..and i had noticed for a while my self esteem was moving up..Not i've pretty much hit rock bottom again.. Has anyone felt this way? Any ways of improving it? I don't really have alot of self esteem or confidence..My momfriends tell me all the time guys are checking me out..I obviously don't know what i am doing..LOL..I am not the kinda person who will walk up to someone and say "hey..You look good, can we talk?"..LOL..I just starting dating this really great guy so the attention from other guys is good but i don't need to pay attention that well right now... ~Kristen

I have Coffee at least once or twice a day..And water in between..I was never told no coffee..Just no Soda..i would never give up my Cup of Joe LOL

Any kind of steak gets me stuck and PBing..Sausage too.. haven't had a problem with anything else though

I am very happy with my health and the weight loss. My biggest thing is i have been heavy since i was born..I want to be able to look good with clothes on and WITHOUT..I don't want to spend the rest of my life with saggy skin. Im still not sure about the PS but we shall see when i get down to goal..

I totally agree with this one ...I went from a 30-32 to a 22/24 right at this moment..Even though i don't see it in the mirror..I can def feel it in my clothes. :scalesno:

I had surgery 08/10/2005.. I have 4 fills totalling 1.75cc.. I am down 77.5 lbs..I had no complications WHATSOEVER..Except..the occasionaly PB..But i haven't had those in months.. I LOVE MY BAND :scalesno: ~Kristen

I am excess skin city..I still have 77 lbs to loose..And it ain't going to get any better..I have Bat wings bigger then BATMAN..I have loose skin on my inner thighs, My boobs sag (i am 23) and i look like a 90 year old...My stomach is getting flappy (where most of the weight is)..My doc says my TT should be covered underneath Insurance..But i still want everything else done but i am not sure i can afford it. I have been trying to pay off bills now so that if it comes down to it..I might be able to get another loan but i don't see that happening either.. :mad:

I still see the old me *sigh*..I am down 77.5lbs and even though i see the weight loss i still feel HUGE...But i am slowly changing. ****I have a boyfriend now :mad: **** we have only been dating since 08/18 but i have been talking to him since 08/01//I am also noticing alot of other guys looking at me now :mad:..So Yes i still see the old me..But again its changing.. ~Kristen
