Best of health and well wishes to you on your upcoming surgery! I am 64 and had a RY on Nov 18th... had so many health issues that are NOW also completey resolved..and the bonus of losing 26 #. The first few weeks were not all that bad..it is a major surgery remember... But I was out and about in a week...just with a bit lower energy level...but it is getting better daily! Take a heating pad to hospital with you...helped alot while the carbon dioxide desipates throughout your body.. and walk the halls as much as possible.. NICE Valentines Day gift to yourself!!
