Goal Patrol Goal Setting and Motivational Bracelet System

If you want another idea for rewards for each goal, I have bought myself a beautiful gold ring for 50kgs lost, then in another 14kgs will be buying the matching earrings, then at goal will be buying the matching necklace..... Then every time I am wearing that set I know why I have it all and it's non food related rewards (not like they used to be!!!)

    Question....

Hi - just wanted to share my surgeons thoughts on eating - he restricts our eating time to 15min. Prepare your meal - anything you can eat, but every meal must contain some protein - then sit down, look at the clock and eat slowly and chew carefully, but stop after 15min. I have already lost 45kg, and am back on track (after an unrelated medical condition put my weightloss on hold for 20 months) - I had a fill last Thursday and have lost 2.7kgs this week.

    help hiatal hernia

Hi - I have a hernia, and it didn't need fixing at the time, however I was told that if it did require fixing, it would be done at the same time as the band - simple as a stitch in the hernia and one in the stomach to pull it back through!

Aussie Bansters Chat Thread Part 2

Hi everyone... I have been lurking for a while, just reading and thinking... and have begun the banding process.... I have had my first appointment with the surgeon last week and have the further appointments coming up next week. Am very excited. I had a highest weight of 150.7kg, and am currently at 144.7, so am feeling good that the scales are going downwards instead of upwards. I have a couple of questions for you though - has anyone been banded by Dr Adam Skidmore at either Mountain District Private, or Epworth Eastern Private? Would love to hear from anyone who has. Also, I am a shift worker, is anyone else? How does this go for anyone else who is? I suffer from the 3am boredom eating, and am hoping to curb this soon! Thanks for all your positive stories... hope to hear from you all soon! Cheers animatedfluff:nervous
