My surgery is scheduled for Feb. 19th. I start my liquid diet on February 4. I'm starting to get worried and panic a bit. I've never done a liquid diet before and worry it's good to be so hard. I am completely committed to the surgery but it's starting to get very real now and I'm getting scared!

ok - day 2 done. 12 more to go! 2nd day seemed harder than the first. Have anyone else felt this way?

You are right - it's rude, but I haven't had my surgery yet and can't even imagine anyone saying that too me! Just think back to when you were fat and take it with a laugh.

Ok day one down and I got through it! It wasn't as bad as I thought. The shakes do not taste good at all (I went out yesterday and bought 3 different kinds) but I found chugging it in 2 big gulps got it down. I am a diet pepsi FREAK and was worried about withdrawing from it. It wasn't that bad! I CAN do this! Thanks for all the encourgament - and keep it coming!
