Crossfit was GREAT last night! Learned some Olympic lifts then had a burpee challenge!

@aroundhky - we worked on push presses, push jerks, and split jerks last night. Did 3 reps x5 push press for strength - coaches kept encouraging me to add more weight - SO glad I did. Love feeling like I really pushed myself. Our WOD was Death By Burpees - 1st minute -1 burpee. 2nd minute - 2 burpees. 3rd minute - 3 burpees...etc. I made it thru minute 8, but pooped out in minute 9. lol. Will have to work on those. My heart DEF felt like it was about to jump out of my chest. lol.
