@aroundhky - Thanks! I am taking a "On Ramp" class for the next month. Its a smaller class size (about 6 people and 2 coaches), where they teach the different lifts, techniques, posture, grips etc etc. I went last night to watch the class to get an idea of what I'm about to jump into. I'll def be looking up more info this weekend so I am more familiar with terminology for sure.

That is signs of a great box! Mine has a week long class you have to attend. The thing is, everything is scalable. You will be fine!
