I was initially getting the sleeve. My suregon said I wasn't a good candidate due to my reflux. He felt that I would lose more weight with the bypass so ultimately that's what we decided on -

Hi! I am from Illinois,everyone is so nice and nonjudgemental here -
I have bcbs of il and there is no diet for me. I just had to go to a pulmonologist and cardiologist as well as have a psych evaluation .

Approval is usually for a few months-6 months at a time. You will more than likely have to start over if you aren't having surgery within that time period. -
