  1. And a Long Island with strawberry syrup. Did I get it right SJ? Lol. I am more of a beer or tequila girl myself.
  2. I know. I know. I was just sticking to our usual theme. But we WILL get through these awful pre-op diets and possibly a few rough weeks after surgery and then on with life. A fucking cute skinny life.
  3. Awww. We love you too! Throat punches all around! Lol. When we recover we can bond over food. Lol!
  4. I'm watching 600 pound life. Some of these people make me so upset. But I know I could easily be in their shoes.
  5. I'm sure that's the issue. You've been so good about eating no sugar and super high protein. You just need to get through the night and give away those yogurts. You will get through this.
  6. They were showing all this chicken and veggies. It was like a deconstructed pot pie! Lol.
  7. I love exercising. I know that's weird but I really do. And I love my gym. I can't wait to get back. I started running over the summer and it was hard but I would like to get back at that.
  8. The Blue Buffalo dog food commercial just made my stomach growl.
  9. I have two chunky beagles. We could have a full BBQ.
  10. Liquids. It was awful the first couple days but now it's not as bad. Just head hunger which is very tough.
  11. Yeah. I hit a day of "omg, I will eat my dog!" It sucked and I was a bitch all day. I even punched a wall and made my knuckles bleed. I am never violent and rarely that angry. It was awful. I am here for you friend. Just try not to punch me.
  12. I love the mini story! No. Not sleeved yet. Thursday morning. I'm ready! I totally used to tell my friends "I can eat that, I just have to wait for it to go to my lower tummy" lol.
  13. Was just telling SJ that I'm losing it. My internal dialogue is crazy arguing. I know I'm not hungry. Just empty. But I really miss the way full feels. I know. I'm glad you have people like SJ and this board to "talk" to. I am dying right now for the crap that got me here. But we can do this. We aren't going to die from not eating at this point. We can do this! Just keep typing and don't go near your kitchen. Unless you're packing some boxes. Then that's okay.
  14. better day by day. Tired, every thing wears me out. I have a lot of bruising so I'm still sore in those areas. It's hard breaking the habit of eating when I'm bored. I sit around the house and remember a time three weeks ago when I would just make meal after meal. :/ how about you? I'm hungry and tired and ready to be on the other side of the sleeve process. I didn't know enough about the sleeve to have it done when I had my band removed. I'm glad I waited but am so ready to be done. Glad to hear your recovery is going well. I can't wait to be right there with you!
  15. How are you feeling? I go Thursday and had my band removed a year ago. I'm anxious!
  16. SF, I totally understand. It was so hard to think my doc was okay with my eating yesterday and not immediately hitting the drive-thru. And I haven't stopped thinking about my spicy chicken sandwich since. I still am now. I have 51 minutes til my favorite place to get that closes. And I'm hungry right now. Granted I still need one more protein shake. So I will have that. But I want my sandwich and it sucks.
  17. Wahoo for peeing clear! Boo for head hunger. Just keep typing along here and step away from the fridge! Lol.
  18. I took colace all through my pregnancy and it helped me tremendously. Also, are you getting enough water? I know we are on the 'quids but I have to ask. Lol.
  19. Excited to hear how you do. I had my band removed almost a year ago and am being sleeved on Thursday.
  20. Have you asked your surgeon what to take? I heard in one of my pre-op classes that some cold remedies (including vitamins and herbs) can interfere with anesthesia. So be careful! I'm praying you get better before surgery.
  21. Oh man. I am praying for you heather! I go Thursday. I hope you are feeling better again soon. Keep walking! I know it hurts but from pervious surgeries I know it helps you so much.
  22. Omg. I don't have to do that. But for a couple days I have been going constantly lol!
  23. I thought I was the only one pooping non-existent food. I'm like "what is this?!" Witchcraft!
  24. That's a shame. Did you know you were going home the day of? Did they give you any pain meds for home?
