Had my by pass on Monday March 26 and was released on Friday. Was scheduled to be released on Thursday. Was kept an extra day due to minor fever, and trying to determine the source. I am so appreciative of the medial team, from the surgeons , nurses, patient care tech, house keeping, food service team (even though consumed very little). Looking forward to being an active participant on the LOSSERS BENCH.

I have tri-care. With my program, 6 months nutritional classes which also classify as supervised weight loss and documentation. I am scheduled for 26 March. Keep in mind that there are other specialist that will make up your team. Psychologist, cardiology, just to name a few. The classes are one hour long and are very good.......hope this helps. I just got five of them.......at the sams I go to, it was the new flavors that were on sale. Peaches and cream & Cookies and cream. The other flavors were regularly 16.99. My surgery is scheduled for March 26...I will definitely be stocking up.

I have tricare I did six monthly classes with documented weigh in which satisfied the six month supervised weight loss program.

I am scheduled for 29 Jan and both excited and a little fearful. I thank God for the existence of this site as some of my concerns have been addressed. My serious journey started in July 13 and I have lost 22 pounds. My biggest concern is having to deal with the comments and accolades. I have lost weight before and this will be a challenge for me. I pray God will help me through it. Thanks in advance for the encouragement you guys will provide.
